Please note our coffees are made by Illy trained staff.  Coffees are made using hot milk which if boiled  (85oc) turns sweet and alters the taste of the coffee.  Therefore our coffees are not made boiling hot to enable you to appreciate the full flavour of our unique coffee blend.  If you require a boiling hot coffee please ask for a black with separate milk!
