MATT SHELDON
Our head chef Matt (navy trained) has a very accredited portfolio working years in top hotels in London before taking positions down in the west country which included working for a couple the AA rosette hotels of the Richardson Group and various other high profile restaurants and hotels. 
He develops seasonal menus pulling in supplies from a wealth of local producers and suppliers.  He believes that locally soused food and drink can be put on the plate for reasonable prices whilst still maintaining the highest of quality.

DAVE FLIDE
Dave the owner of the business and Matts right hand man has developed his skills through a love of food and travel.  He also believes in Matts concept of fresh is best and that it can be done at a reasonable price.
